1. Services

Insurance Lo provides advisory, management, and digital insurance-related services. The information and recommendations provided are for general informational purposes only and should not be considered as guaranteed results.

  • Insurance Lo acts solely as a distributor and service provider.
  • The risk under this plan is underwritten by Pak Qatar General Takaful Limited, which is responsible for settling claims.

2. Insurance Coverage & Eligibility (Personal Accident Takaful Only)

A. Coverage Duration

  • The Personal Accident Takaful policy provides coverage for one year from the date of enrollment.

B. Age Eligibility

  • Enrollment Age Limit: 18 to below 60 years at the time of registration.
  • The policy remains active for one year from the date of enrollment.

3. Exclusions (Personal Accident Takaful Only)

The following conditions are not covered under the Personal Accident Takaful policy:

  1. Death due to natural causes is not covered (only accidental death is covered).
  2. Self-inflicted injuries, suicide, or attempted suicide, whether intentional or unintentional.
  3. War-related incidents, including:
    • War, invasion, or attack by a foreign enemy.
    • Civil war, rebellion, revolution, or military insurrection.
    • Any act involving military, naval, air force, or police duties.
  4. Strikes, Riots, and Civil Commotion (SRCC), including damage or injury caused during protests, public disturbances, or riots.

All terms and conditions outlined in the Participant’s Membership Document (PMD) shall apply.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Insurance Lo, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and service use.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account details.
  • Use the platform legally and not engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Misuse of the platform or violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments made are final and non-refundable.
  • This applies to subscription fees, service charges, and facilitation fees.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring timely payments to avoid service interruptions.
  • Refunds are only considered in rare cases of duplicate payments or technical errors, subject to review.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Insurance Lo platform, including:

  • Text, graphics, logos, and software.
  • Design elements and digital content.

These are exclusive property of Insurance Lo or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Insurance Lo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free services or uninterrupted access.
  • The ultimate responsibility for settling claims lies with Pak Qatar General Takaful Limited.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
  • Take action against activities harmful to our platform.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Insurance Lo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
  • Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
